Privacy Policy

When you submit the form: book title, subtitle, author name, tagline, blurb, setting hint, and your cover image. When you check out: your email address (collected by Stripe). We do not collect billing details — Stripe handles those directly.

We use the form data and cover to render your trailer. We use your email to send you the "trailer ready" notification with a download link. We don't use your data for marketing, don't sell it, don't share it with anyone except the third-party processors below.

We share data with the minimum services needed to deliver the trailer:

• Stripe — payment processing. Receives your email and payment details.
• Resend — transactional email. Receives your email and the trailer link.
• fal.ai — image generation. Receives the prompt text we build (which incorporates your setting hint and blurb) but not your cover.
• ElevenLabs — narrator voice and music. Receives your tagline (for narration) and a fixed music prompt.
• Vercel + Railway — hosting. Sees logs and request data inherent to hosting.

Your trailer and the cover you uploaded are stored on our worker for 30 days from delivery. After 30 days, they're deleted automatically. The job record (without the cover or trailer) is kept for 12 months for support / refund requests, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by replying to your delivery email.

You can request a copy of any data we have about you, or request deletion, by emailing us. We'll respond within 7 days.

We use only the cookies necessary for the service to function (a Stripe checkout cookie, set during payment). We don't use analytics or tracking cookies on this site at the moment; if we add any, we'll update this policy and notify on the next visit.
