Refund Policy

Each trailer is custom-rendered for your book the moment you pay, so orders are final. The one exception: if we fail to deliver a working trailer, you get your money back.

If a render fails for a technical reason (image-generation timeout, ffmpeg crash, missing input), we automatically re-run it. If we still can't deliver a working file, we refund that order in full to your original payment method — automatically, you don't need to ask.

Trailers are AI-generated, so the result is good-not-perfect — the samples on the homepage are the quality bar to set your expectations before you buy. Because each trailer is custom-rendered on demand, we don't refund for dissatisfaction with the creative result or a change of mind. The MP4 you download is yours to keep, re-cut, or set aside.

If something went wrong, email us first — it's faster than a chargeback and we can usually re-render or sort it out directly. If you do file a chargeback, we'll review it in good faith.
